SUMMER 2020 SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOL
Taking as a reference the guidelines and procedures outlined in SND / 399/2020 of May 9, 2020 of the Ministry of Health in collaboration with ICTE (Institute of Spanish Tourist Quality) in the AR Hotels Group we have arranged everything to try to guarantee safety and health of our clients and employees.
An important part that we have considered is the training of our employees to ensure the knowledge and implementation of all the processes and measures adopted.
From the AR Hotels Group we make them part of the preventive measures that the Hotel AR Parquesur takes in favor of the safety of its clients. Considering that this new situation must keep us all alert to avoid risks or outbreaks of Covid-19.
General measures:
- We have disinfected all our facilities before opening.
- All our personnel have been trained in order to guarantee their safety and that of themselves.
- A very demanding cleaning protocol has been established in noble areas, rooms and especially in the toilets.
- A QR system has been implemented at the reception to provide all the hotel information. There is also a monitor at the reception desk where you can be duly informed.
- Use of Elevator by family unit groups
- All our action protocols will be modified according to instructions from the health authorities.
Reception:
- We have a sanitary station equipped with disinfecting gels and masks before arriving at reception.
- We ensure ventilation in the hall area by opening our upper domes and doors.
- We will make available all the digitized documentation accessible by QR codes.
Rooms:
- Our staff has been diligently trained to guarantee your safety.
- Disinfection with virucidal products that comply with European regulations in all exit rooms
- There is an established protocol to avoid cross contamination of dirty - clean, with special attention to cleaning knobs, TV control, safes, hangers, etc.
- The amenities are reduced to gel and shampoo in addition to removing paper documentation and the elimination of all non-essential elements.
Restaurants and bars:
- We have a sanitary station in accesses to restaurants and bars equipped with disinfecting gels.
- Limited capacity through shifts if necessary to guarantee the safety distance.
- Signage for the service.
- Placemats for single use.
- Constant disinfection of tables and chairs.
- Personnel equipped with masks, gloves and specific training.
- Extension of the bar service in bars.
- Single dose of salt, oil and vinegar, etc.
Swimming pools:
- Sanitary station prior to the use of showers.
- Expansion of shady areas respecting the safety distance.
- Hammocks controlled by personnel in charge of disinfection and assignment to clients.
- Delivery and collection service for clean and used towels, avoiding cross contamination.
- The use and enjoyment of slides and playgrounds will be subject to the regulations of the health authorities.
- Constant analysis of water quality.
Other services:
- Adaptation of the fitness center area to the new safety and hygiene regulations.
- Hydroalcoholic gel is made available at the entrance.
- The capacity of the gym and indoor pool will be limited
- Access prior reservation.
